Introduction
During my clinical rotation in a medical ward, I came across a patient exhibiting symptoms of clinical deterioration.
In this reflection, I will use the Gibbs Model for reflective writing to describe the situation, analyze my thoughts and feelings, evaluate the experience, and outline a future practice plan.

The patient, a 60-year-old woman with a history of type 2 diabetes and hypertension, was admitted to the ward.
She was stable throughout her first three days of admission while receiving treatment for pneumonia.

Situation
During my clinical rotation in a medical ward, I came across a patient with clinical deterioration symptoms.
