Covid 19 pandemic has started in 2019 and it has literally influences all the professions but most important is the health sector which comes in direct contact with it. Apart from this education department has been influenced by pandemic.

When whole world was in the threat of pandemic many of the students where in dilema whether to take nursing as carrier option or not.

Students which were already persuing the nursing degree where told to be in the hospital and help others, which changed the life of many students , some students got exposed to the infection and unfortunately died because of pneumonia and rest of students got the opportunity to learn how to deal with the natural disasters as a health sector.

Advantages of Nursing profession.

1. Humanity : this seems to be the most important advantage in my perspective view because a hospital can not run without nurses , nurses are equally important as that of a doctor. When you come this profession you get the opportunity to help people irrespective of caste religion and color , you give them nursing care because of humanity.

2. Responsibility: When you are grown you are given the lot responsibilities in a family , socially and culturally but among them when you get into the nursing profession you will get the responsibility of patients when ge will become good he will he thankful to you and it will definitely give you a kick which you cant find in any drug even .

3. Money: You can make a lot of money by working in corporate hospitals and even in govt. Setup salary of nurses is very good but sometimes it also becomes a disadvantage if your demands are more then you will unable to fulfil your expenses. Disadvantage:

1. Hours of duty: During pandemic nursing staff were told to give extra duty and they had to reside in the hospital only because of threat of spreading of covid 19 virus. This puts a lott of stress on these nurses and many could not maintain her mental health as well.

2. Money: Although salary is descent in many hospitals but most of the hospitals dont pay enough to nursing staff.

3. Shortage of Personal protective equipments kits (PPE kits) due to which our nursing staff where prone to get infected with covid 19.

4. Self respect: Many of the nursing students think that they have to lose there self respect to work efficiently in the hospital because they are always under the threat that Doctors will thrash them for doing any mistake even if that mistake is by default.

5. Work : Most of the nursing staff has to to more work as compared to other hospital staff.
